New Order Shipping
All Lavender Ranch™ orders will be processed and shipped within 2 days of placing your order; Sunday and Holidays excluded.
Orders placed after 1 pm on Friday will not be processed and shipped until Monday; or Tuesday in the event Monday is a holiday.
Return and Refund Policy
All sales are final, with the following exceptions:
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be damaged or incorrect and in the new and unused state; still in the original packaging and the same condition you received the item(s).
You have (30) calendar days from the date you received your Lavender products, to return the item(s) back to Lavender Ranch™.
Returns need to be authorized in advance, please contact our customer support team for an authorization number.
Shipping fees to return the said item(s) are the responsibility of the customer. Unless, otherwise noted during the return authorization process. Speak to our customer support specialists for details.
It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for shipping costs to send the returned item(s) back to Lavender Ranch™. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If the wrong item was shipped, please let us know so we can send the correct item(s) out to you immediately. The item received may need to be shipped back to Lavender Ranch™. If a return is necessary, Lavender Ranch ™ will issue a pre-paid shipping label.
All items returned for a refund are inspected and reviewed, before a refund is submitted. We will notify you once your return has been received, and approval status. Once the return has been received and approved, a refund notification will be sent out by our customer support specialists. Refunds will be posted to the original payment method.
Note: This process can take 2-3 business days to complete, after the return package has been received.
Items are seldom denied return. However, if the condition of the item returned is used, or different from how the product was shipped and received, a partial refund or denial may occur.

We stand behind our Lavender products at Lavender Ranch™. If you received an item that was damaged, please let us know so we can ensure a replacement is sent out, or a refund if the product is not available. Warranty related requests must be within (10) days of receiving your order.
